Online Order Returns and Refunds Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for online orders. However, if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at OPULENT.BEAUTY7@GMAIL.COM and attach a photo of the unopened package. We will then provide you with a shipping label to return the item(s) and send the correct one within 3-5 business days.

Damaged Products Policy

For items that are received damaged, please email OPULENT.BEAUTY7@GMAIL.COM with your name, order number, and images of the damaged product. Replacements will be sent out at our discretion immediately.
